Temur Maksudov received his BSc and MSc degrees in Materials Science from the University of Crete (Greece). He completed his PhD in November 2025 under the supervision of Thomas Anthopoulos, focusing on perovskite–organic multijunction solar cells and advanced device architectures. His research focuses on wide-bandgap perovskite materials and the engineering of interfaces and recombination layers for perovskite–perovskite–organic triple-junction solar cells. Following his PhD, he moved to Martin Heeney’s group as a Postdoctoral Fellow to further develop novel semiconductor materials and interfacial layers for high-performance multi-junction solar cells.
